I hope everyone had a great time at the Lock-In this past weekend.
One of the items that will take place is the nomination of new Patrol Leaders and the Senior Patrol Leader. Patrols will meet to handle the patrol nominations and all scouts can nominate any scout for the leadership position. Elections will take next place next week on Aug 29th.
For our older scouts, there is a Sailing Safari! Saturday, August 26, 10 am-4 pm, at the Tyler Yacht Club. The registration fee is $5 per person and includes lunch. This recruiting event is open to all youth who meet the venturing age (14-21 years) requirements. Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt.
