Final call for Summer Camp signup and 50% downpayment

As summer camp approaches, I wanted to share some important information before our meeting tomorrow. If you have not yet signed up for summer camp on our June campout list, please note that you are currently not listed as attending. To sign up, go to www.troop359.com/camp as soon as possible. After our last meeting, we received a fantastic response, and we now have 18 scouts signed up! We have reserved 20 spots, and this is the last week we can adjust our numbers before we are locked in, so please sign up if you want to attend.
Additionally, we need to submit 50% of our camp fees this week, which includes all attending adults as well. The camp fees are $340 per scout and $150 per adult. To meet the deadline, we require $170 per scout and $75 per adult to be paid by the end of this week if you have not done so already. You can make this payment online at www.troop359.com/pay or bring cash to our meeting tomorrow.
Finally, we also need to collect everyone’s merit badge selections. Please print the merit badge schedule from the link below, write your name at the top, and circle the classes you would like to take. You can submit this to me at the meeting. For those eligible for the high-adventure trek, please indicate your attendance, as there is an additional fee of $120.
I apologize for the multiple messages, but I will be traveling for work next week while the merit badge registration opens. I want to ensure everything is in order before I leave so I can submit our selections while I’m at the hotel. Thank you for your understanding!
