Scouts attending the Campout this weekend, please meet at the church at 6PM tonight. Look at the weather! We’ll be in the 90’s tomorrow and drop down to the low 60’s/high 50’s overnight. Rain is also projected for late Sunday morning or early afternoon. The current plan is to be back at the church at our usual 2PM time on Sunday.
Release forms MUST be signed before leaving the church. We will have extra copies there for anyone who did not get one at the meeting.
We might need assistance transporting scouts to/from camp. Please don’t leave the church without verifying we can all fit in the vehicles available.
Scouts need to have a flashlight on their body as it’s a 1/4-mile hike to camp. Mr. Hood will drive the Trailer to the campsite, but that’s the only vehicle allowed.
